How do you get the strategy created in the Boardroom, delivered consistently by your Front Line staff?
Key to the approach is that in-house managers and supervisors are trained to run specially-designed sessions with their own teams - saving money, keeping operational disruption to a minimum, building capability in-house and engaging your people. Each session takes about 20 minutes and requires the minimum of material to run. The sessions are carefully crafted - bring together the best in both proven and leading-edge learning theory and practice . Uniquely, all sessions involve staff members in an engaging activity followed by a short discussion review, concluding with a commitment to change to, or continue with, good practice, behaviour or standards. Key to the success of the approach, is a straightforward follow up mechanism to reinforce and embed the key messages and helps you monitor progress.
By running these sessions regularly (once a month works well), the attitude and behaviour you need is kept ‘front of mind’ and a “continuous conversation” around this develops between managers and their teams. These programmes can be the 'glue' between your Boardroom and your Front Line. For more information on this uniqe approach contact Michael Fryer on michael.fryer@theassetfaculty.com
